The 2D drawings for the enclosure were generated from the 3D concept drawing. The outline of the various parts was laser-cut. We presumed that the laser cutter has a beam of 0.3mm.

After all the parts were laser cut we glued them together using acetone. This process was relatively straight forward, and the strength of the bonds was excellent.
