Testing prototypes
When testing the prototypes, we were able to discover a lot of new insights. With all the people we tested the prototypes with, we gave a small introduction to the project. Some prototypes were clear at first sight, others needed a small introduction.

Twister
• People really liked this idea.
• When the spinner landed on one of the colors, people didn't know which end of the pointer to use.
• The exercises were not clear, an extra booklet could be made for this.
• Which hand should the user use?

Dancing eggs
• People liked this game because it could be done with other people.
• People thought that using the tangible eggs was a very good element of this game.
• The thrown picture must be explained in a booklet.

Fidget spinner
• People thought that the idea behind the fidget spinner (using a daily object) was a very good element. But this prototype should be thought of further, not yet exciting enough.

Rubik’s cube
• People really liked the look and the idea (how do you use your hands more?) of the Rubik's cube.
• Rubik's cubes are already difficult for the adults, this form of the Rubik's cube is even harder for children.

Docter bibber
• When we suggested this idea, people thought it was a fun idea, but the game can only be played by one person.

Finger Whack-A-Mole
• People said it looked professional but also remarked that it's difficult to evaluate when it's just a mock-up.

Puzzle
• The puzzle was way to difficult to finish without an example drawing. It also seemed as a poor activity to exercise the hands.

Steady hand game
• People thought this was a nice idea and that it worked well.
Insights, new angles & questions after meeting with Laura
At the second meeting with our reframing coach Laura, we briefly discussed how to proceed. We had now made a number of prototypes, only these had not yet been tested. We then tested the prototypes with Laura, after which she advised us to do the same with others. See what's working well, then move on to that.
